This file is sourced to Flickr (see here), but even it seems really unlikely that this would be the original work of the Flickr account holder. Even if it's unintentional, this seem like a case of COM:LL. The question then is whether bank note itself is copyrighted. According to COM:MONEY and COM:CUR Sierra Leone, government works such as currency are copyrighted. I guess this could be so old so as to be in the public domain, but en:Siaka Stevens, the individual depicted on the note, died in 1988; so, this seems really unlikely.
There is also a crop of this file which has been uploaded as File:Siaka Stevens (from Bank note).jpg. If the original Flickr file cannot be kept for some reason, then this crop would also probably need to be deleted as well. -- Marchjuly (talk) 02:38, 10 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
